Shenyang Lifting Apparatus Factory is the director unit of Basic Parts Branch of China Heavy Machinery Trade Union. Started in year 1958, it occupies a plot area of 16,000m2. m and has a building area of 8,000m2 . It owns strong technical force and complete machining equipment. There are 960 personnel in service including 126 with some professional title granted by the country; and there are 123 sets of universal equipment, 32 sets of special equipment and 64 sets of inspection and test equipment, instruments and meters.
